Living/Family Rooms
- Remove cobwebs in the areas that we can reach
- Dust Ceiling fans and light fixtures that we can reach
- Wipe doors, door jambs and light switches to remove fingerprints and soil
- Dust surfaces including window sills (not inside of the windows), ledges, blinds, tables, picture frames
- Clean tables, table legs, floor lamps and shades
- Dust stair banister and vacuum stairs and edges
- Vacuum all carpeted areas from wall to wall including area rugs, under furniture if possible, vacuum edges
- Vacuum and wet mop all hard surfaces or tile floors, under furniture if possible
- Vacuum and dry or damp mop all wood floors, under furniture if possible
- Upholstered furniture vacuumed as an option
- Remove all trash and if used, replace liners provided by the client
Bedrooms

- Remove cobwebs in the areas that we can reach

- Countertops and sinks cleaned and sanitized
- Mirrors and all faucets cleaned
- Sides and front of bathroom cabinets cleaned
- Bath tubs, showers, corners, edges and shower walls cleaned and sanitized
- Shower doors and frames cleaned
- Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized including back, sides, crevices and under rim
- Floor vacuumed and wet mopped to sanitize
- Remove all trash and if used, replace liners provided by the client
Kitchen and Laundry Room
- Remove cobwebs in the areas that we can reach
- Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures that we can reach
- Wipe doors, door jambs and light switches to remove fingerprints and soil
- Dust surfaces including window sills (not inside of the windows), ledges, blinds, tables, picture frames
- Refrigerator front and top cleaned (inside is optional)
- Cabinet fronts wiped
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Outside of range hood cleaned
- Stove top or glass top surfaces or drip pans cleaned (oven is optional)
- Back splash Cleaned
- Fronts of all appliances wiped: dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer
- Countertop and appliances cleaned outside
- Countertops cleaned and sanitized
- Window in front of sink cleaned
- Sink cleaned and sanitized
- All fixtures and faucets cleaned
- Tables and chairs and chair legs wiped
- Tile or hard surface floor vacuumed and wet mopped
- Wood floors vacuumed and dry or damp mop: client’s instructions
- Clean floor’s edges by hand
- Remove all trash and if used, replace liners provided by the client

- For the safety of our employees, we are able to use only the ladders provided by us
- Dishes and laundry are among the few tasks that are not included in our routine cleaning specification list
- Fireplace (inside) Cleaning and handling of artificial or natural plants can create risk or employees with allergies. We ask that they not handle these items
- Moving of electronics and their associated cables/wires can cause serious damage if not handled correctly. For this reason, we don’t permit our employees to clean them
- Changing the bedding on upper bunk beds can pose a danger for our employees so we ask that they do not attempt this task
- Because we care about their safety we ask our employees not to move anything heavy
- Window sills inside the windows and washing the baseboards are done by the hour only and will only be cleaned when requested ahead by the client
- To protect the paint on your walls we do not wash walls
